Review

I should start by stating that Where the Heart Is is one of my all time favorite movies. For a while a few years ago, my family and I were watching it about once a month. Although the book contained additional scenes and characters not in the movie, I think I still prefer the movie.
It wasn't a bad book, but I also didn't find it to be particularly noteworthy. It was an astonishingly quick and easy read.
