After reading some of the other comments, I have to agree with them. The writing is a little simplistic, and the story is predictable, bordering on cheesy. However, it had such a feel-good, uplifting ending that I couldn't help giving it a 4 star review. I had figured out what was going on a little over halfway through the book, and much to my shame, I am rarely that astute.
